CONVENTION HOTEL INFORMATION

The Crown Plaza Downtown, 33 East Nationwide Boulevard is the convention hotel. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel by calling (800) 338-4462.  Mention the code “TCC “ (Torch Club Conference) to obtain the special convention rate of $149 / night plus 17.5% tax for double occupancy with valet parking for $12 per day.

Payment is due by check along with this form.  Fee covers all convention activities for one attendee.
